Knowing what to DO is not only increasingly difficult in a rapidly changing world, it is no longer sufficient. We need new ways to BE as leaders. We need leaders that can not only transform the people and contexts around them, but who can transform themselves into becoming "bigger than their problems" and, ultimately, the leader that their team so desperately needs.
