do you have Team members who just can’t get along…

For the last 10 years I have been refining and putting into practice an approach to conflict resolution that focuses first and foremost on re-establishing and maintaining healthy, cohesive and collaborative partnerships and teams.

More than that, I have been consumed by the question:

How can conflict not just be resolved, but actually used to deepen relationships and facilitate creative thinking in teams?

Put another way, how can we use conflict for good?

I am proud to say that I have honed an approach that not only works, but actually creates new breakthroughs in teams and companies that none of us envisioned at the outset.

My approach is highly customized and tailored to the specific needs of the situation, but the basic structure involves me first coaching each party individually to better understand the context, allow everyone to be heard, and build each individual’s skills in navigating difficult conversations BEFORE we come together as a group.

In other words, this is beyond mediation and certainly not about trying to figure out who is right, who is wrong, or merely coming to some sort of compromise.

This is about coaching and teaching each person how to be more skillful while disagreeing and then facilitating them coming back together as a team who can both truly hear one another and also speak their truth without holding back.

If you find yourself (or your team) in a situation like this and your curiosity is piqued, please don’t hesitate to email me for a Free Consultation.
